10 Reasons to Take the CNT Intensive Course

10 reasons to take the CNT intensive from 10 Trainers!

For a trainer intending to teach natural fitness I would highly recommend the CNT course as it is a right angle away from anything you've learned before thus making you an extremely well rounded fitness professional.  For someone who is not intending to train this is a great course to become more knowledgeable about how to progress your body.  If you have reached a plateau in any realm of your fitness this course will teach you what you can do to get to that next level - Jim Post

Its essential to learn the basics of all the body mechanics for every movement. As you progress in your strength and ability this course will give you knowledge of the foundation to properly build up to the more intense exercises – I loved it – You will learn how to move properly from the beginning, making you stronger and it easier for you to progress.  From a strong foundation you can learn how to adjust your body to enhance the movement and become explosive. - Jenny Jaeger

I love knowing how to make those little corrections in order to help the body continue to get stronger.  I now have the ability to correct alignment to prevent injuries and continue to progress, and improve upon my own and my clients abilities - Dusty Mattison

CNT offers a way for a trainer to actively evaluate what is going on with the body while creating a movement. CNT breaks down in progressions every movement that the body does. You will learn to actively give feedback – which is vastly different from other fitness courses and it feels great to be able to help someone create a movement correctly preventing injury and eventually creating strength and power – most beneficial course for my training - Casey Rivers - Blaso

It's the smartest way to train.  Coming from traditional fitness, I know how lazy trainers can be; this course forces you to think harder about what you are doing in your training and why you are doing it.  -Sarah Ries

The CNT intensive is a great tool for someone looking to increase their own level of athleticism while taking a very practical approach to fitness. With the levels of progression I can keep track of my progress, get in good strong workouts, and avoid injuries; allowing me to keep a regular workout schedule. After taking the course my ability to put together full body workouts, while still being able to target the areas that I intended give me much more precise and timely results in my training. - Leandro Reyes

If I was a personal trainer or strength coach looking to broaden my horizons I would definitely take the CNT intensive course. As a personal trainer I was blown away by what I saw and what I learned. Bodyweight exercises you can teach from your grandma's level all the way up to highly skilled athletes, not only will you be able to progress your clients but also heal their body with Eischens Yoga and proper alignment. You will learn how to correct for proper alignment which is something that you will not see anywhere at any other seminar. You will also learn how to use your body and move functionally, the way that we were designed to move – by running, jumping, climbing and crawling. The knowledge from this course will do wonders for your body and add great variety to any aspect of training - Joe Gorshe

CNT course will really increase your own personal performance and understanding of exercises even if you never intend to instruct.  Although, after you learn this material you are empowered to help people changes their lives, which is something you can do for the world.  You can make someone's life better by actually re-teaching them how to move – Jon taught me and made my life better and now I feel I have to teach and make other people's lives better! -Robyn Holm

It is absolutely life changing to apply what the course taught me! I can't believe that after training for 12 years, completing a masters degree, all kinds of other certifications and educational courses, that I never tapped into anything close to what I learned from the CNT course! Thank you for sparking a paradigm shift in not only my training of my clients but also in myself. - Monty

The content in this course is fantastic. Compared to the other certification courses I have attended, CNT offers very unique material that you will not find anywhere else. You will be enabled to put together outstanding workouts, prevent injury, and incorporate an overall wellness approach. - Chad Barrett

Monkey Bar Gym Experience: "Your spine is the healthiest I have ever seen in anyone except for a yoga teacher I treat." Consuelo Sanudo "The Monkey Bar is unique. For every exercise there is somewhere to start for the complete beginner and somewhere to go for even advanced athletes.   There is a refreshing variety in the types and intensity of exercises, but they are designed for optimal results. The classes are motivating without being competitive.  Instruction is consistently excellent. Class participants frequently partner with someone: getting motivation , encouragement, and constructive coaching on form. The approach is well designed and well integrated. In the end, you get out of it what you put into it.   Believe me, you will work harder in these classes than you ever would on your own.  The results are worth it. I’ve been coming to the MGJ 3-5 days/week since 2003 and the core group of, let’s say, “more experienced people”, hardly misses a day.  Why?  Besides the fact that starting over is hell, we are old enough to know high quality and value it, and wise enough to realize that in the end you are only the sum of your good habits.  Going to the MBG is really a lot of good habits:  exercise, diet, discipline, helping others, making new friends.  The whole is more than the sum of the parts.  And that’s the kind of leverage you need if you’re trying to turn back the clock." Jeff Ford "When I started the workouts in late Jan, I had recently gone to have myself checked out to see what was causing my lower back pains. "Doc", after checking me out, told me my hips wee misaligned. I asked him what I could do to fix it myself. He said it'll take a long time to fix, but stretching is a start. About a week later, a friend, who is a professional golfer, told me about monkey bar gym. He said he had heard nothing but good things about it and that I should try it out. Being a 34 year old former two sport collegiete athlete I hadn't really worked out steady for many years. I was at 226 during the time i started doing the daily workouts. At first I didn't workout everyday, for some reason or another. however, now that 4 months has past, and I'm doing the workouts on average 4-5 times a week, my hips have realigned themselves and the lower back pains have gone away. I went to visit "Doc" again to check the alignment of my hips again. He was amazed. He looked almost confused. He asked what I have been doing? I told him I was stretching and doing a functional workout program. He said whatever it is I've been doing has worked and he's very impressed with the results. I now weigh anywhere from 205-210. My energy throughout the day has increased greatly. I no longer need an energy drink in the middle of the day to get me by. I recommend anyone that is looking for that quick, non-redundant, low risk and high reward workout to look no further. You've found it here at monkey bar gym."
