WEDNESDAY - 100 Yards of each exercise in as few reps as possible
Stability Level -
- Handstand Walks using the floor
- 90 degree chin ups
- Hindu Squats (touch your fingers to the floor)
Strength Level -
- Handstand Walking facing a wall for support
- Pole Climbs, Rope Climbs or Kips
- 24" Box Jumps
Power Level -
- Handstand Walks with your back to the wall or no walls.
- Pole Climbs, Rope Climbs or Kips
- 24" Box Jumps
