Friday: Monkey Bar Gym 15/15 x 10 minutes clean & press workout
Stability Level:
1 arm clean & push press. Goal is to get sets of 5 left hand first set, then 5 right hand and keep that pace all 10 minutes, 100 total reps, then progress to using two kettlebells.
REST 5 MINUTES, then do the following MBG 15/15 x 10 minutes;
1 am Swings
Hanging leg raises: Seated tucks. Sit on your butt. Bring your knees in towards your chest as you touch your legs with legs or ankles. Open the body back up and repeat the movement.
Strength & Power:
Two arms Clean & Press: Your goal is to get 100 plus reps with those weights…so that means sets of 5 for all 20 sets!
REST 5 MINUTES, then do the following MBG 15/15 x 10 minutes;
Hanging leg raises: knees to elbows
Women: 16k Kettlebells
Men: 24k Kettlebells
Practice Partner Eischens Yoga alternating Incline plane and Supine bridge or mountain with partner feedback on each. 2 sets of 30 seconds of each.
