1 minute of snatching, 40 seconds of resting for 10 sets
Alternate hands as you like
Use the same weight you used in May and try to get in the same reps or more than you did in May!
Women 8k for stabilty / 12-16k for strength / 20-24k for power level
Men 12k for stabilty / 16-20k for strength / 24-32k for power level
Goal: beat the reps you hit for the Secret Service Snatch Test (if you got 200 reps with the 24k for men, then shoot for 22-24 reps a min - ending up with 220-240 reps total)
