- 20 x Hindu Squats / 24" box jumps / 30" box jumps
- 20 x Alligator Push Ups: knees / regular / power wheel on feet
- 20 x Alternate Bent Over Rows (10 each side)
Women: 12k / 24k / 32k, Men: 20k / 32k / 44k
3 times through Goal is to finish in 20 minutes! |
