- 1000 revolutions (500 forward, 500 backward) OR 1 mile run

- 30 minutes
- 200 yards Power Wheel crawl plus 100 yards crawl
- 2000 revolutions OR 2 mile run
Power:
- 30 minutes
- 300 yard Power Wheel Crawl
- 3000 Jump Rope Revolutions OR 3 mile run
