Stability 90 degree / Strength Pole Vault / Power Pole Vault with a weighted vest
Rest
3. Deadlift
Stability 4-16k / Strength 20-28k / Power 32-44k
4. Foot Up Lunge
Stability 4-16k / Strength 20-28k / Power 32-44k
