MONDAY – 60 in AFSAP (as few sets as possible)
Stability Level:
- Knee Alligator Push Ups
- Body Rows: 60 degree Jungle Gym XT
- Rest 5 minutes then move to lower body tests:
- Russian Lunge: JGXT assisted (You must touch knee to count rep for 30 reps each leg)
Strength Level:
- Regular Alligator Push Ups
- Body Rows: 90 degree Jungle Gym XT
- Rest 5 minutes then move to lower body tests:
- Russian Lunge: no assistance (You must touch knee to count rep for 30 reps each leg)
Power Level:
- Feet First Alligator Push Ups on the Stairs
- Body Rows: Feet on a Box (much touch ribs) Jungle Gym XT
- Rest 5 minutes then move to lower body tests:
- Russian Lunge: no assistance (You must touch knee to count rep for 30 reps each leg)
