2/1/0 vertical jumps: hindu squats / control / to net

2/1/0 broad jumps: cable full extension / control broad jumps / broad jumps as far as possible

front squats: 1 kettle bell as heavy as possible suitcase / 2 kettle bells as heavy as possible racked / 2 kettle bells racked

dead lifts: 1 kettle bell as heavy as possible suitcase / 2 kettle bells as heavy as possible / 2-4 kettle bells as heavy as possible
FINISHER: 10 minutes of jump rope as many as possible – goals of 800 / 1200 / 1500+
