- 60 or 90 degree Chinups: under 30 in a row you got to do 50+
- Regular Jumping Jacks: under 50 in a row you got to do 80+
- Supermans with partner holding heels with hands extended overhead: under 40 in a row you got to do 70+
Strength:
- Hindu Pushups: under 60 in a row you got to do 80+
