Chin Ups or Kips - 1 set of 30 OR 50 total - stability 60/90 degree chins with a Jungle Gym XT
24" box jumps - 1 set of 50 OR 75 total - stability Hindu Squats
Power Wheel Leg Curls - 1 set of 40 OR 60 total
1 mile run in under 8 minutes OR run another 1/2 mile
Your goal is 1 set of meximum repetitions - if not then you have more repetitions!
