Pull 2 cards at a time - if it the same suit add that number of reps - keep pulling cards until you see a different suit - then do your work load - Enjoy!
Hearts = Hindu Push Ups, Hindu Push Ups on your Knees or Up Down Dogs for stabilty / Divebomers or Press Ups with the BXT bands or Power Jumper connected to a door for Strength / Press Ups for Power
Diamonds = Renegade Rows (kettlebells touch ribs on right and left side for one rep)
