Fitness Class Design and Workouts—Learn and understand how classes and workouts at the Monkey Bar Gym are balanced and structured for optimal gain.
Nutrition Program Design—Study how basic level nutrition will get Monkey Bar Gym class students on the right path to eat/drink for their ultimate short and long-term health.
Physical Fitness Testing—Discover how to conduct Monkey Bar Gym class physical testing for all 3 levels of students.

Prepares students to teach all of the following points of Monkey Bar Gym personal training or small group training:
Eischens Yoga Intermediate Level "Feedback" Sequence—Learn all movements for each yoga pose. You'll also learn how to apply feedback to all poses, which is the cornerstone of the Monkey Bar Gym's success.
Intermediate Fitness Exercises and Movement—Refine and add to your CNT 1 technique and knowledge of all the Monkey Bar Gym bodyweight, resisted exercises for all 3 levels of progressions and all base movements: running, jumping, crawling, climbing, reacting, rolling.
Personal Training Program Design—Learn and understand how private training sessions are balanced for optimal gain by challenging yourself and your client to achieve impressive goals that range from massive weight loss to Olympic-level performance.
Personal Training Workout Design—Learn how to design a personal training workout by: maximizing a session from beginning to end for optimal gain, teaching recovery and restoration after hard workouts, keeping clients motivated in order to achieve incredible goals.
Intermediate Nutrition Program Design—Take your client's nutrition to the next level by learning about our intermediate-level Monkey Bar Gym nutrition for optimal health and performance.
Physical Testing for Personal Training—Learn how to test clients in a variety of ways by: creating M.A.P.'s (massive action plans), evaluating postural misalignments, pre-and-rehab all common injuries/ misalignments, setting achievable and challenging monthly goals.

Eischens Yoga Advanced Level "Warrior" Sequence—Learn all the proper actions and engagements of each pose in this challenging, powerful sequence.
Master-Level Fitness Exercises and Movement—Refine and add sports-specific power, speed and stamina to your CNT 1 & 2 techniques for all MBG bodyweight and resisted exercises based on 3 levels of progressions and all base movements: running, jumping, crawling, climbing, reacting, rolling.
