Chin Ups: 1 set of Jungle Gym XT 90 degree chin ups, Circle Chin ups using 2 bands with the Pull Up Revolution, Circle Chin ups using 3 bands with the Pull Up Revolution.
Alternate the two exercises til done, then go to:
Hindu Squat with same resistance amap in 45 seconds each or until done
Cable Full Extensions for as many reps as possible in 30 seconds x 3 sets
Strength:
BXT or Power Jumper assisted Handstand Push Ups. Use 0 bands on First set, 1 band on second set, 2 bands on 3rd set.
Circle Chin Ups using no assistance, Circle Chin ups using 2 bands with the Pull Up Revolution, Circle Chin ups using 3 bands with the Pull Up Revolution.
Alternate the two exercises til done, then go to:
2/1/0 Power Jumper Vertical Jumps to rim or marker for 8 jumps
2/1/0 Power Jumper Broad Jumps across 15 yards for as few jumps as possible at each
Power:
BXT or Power Jumper assisted Handstand Push Ups. Use 0 bands on First set, 1 band on second set, 2 bands on 3rd set.

Practice time for 15-20 minutes: KB levers, handstands, L seats, levers, planche holds on boxes or JGXT or rings
