Eischens Yoga SeminarsEischens Yoga is a unique form of high energy yoga developed by Roger Eischens. High Energy Yoga is rooted in Iyengar Yoga, but is influenced by other yoga styles like Taoist Yoga. Incorporating concepts from movement theory, Ayurveda and kinesiology, Eischens Yoga is highly-accessible to all body types, experience and fitness levels because it focuses more on movement, rather than the achievement of static, complex poses. High energy yoga courses are offered on a regular basis. Be sure to check back to see when our next seminar is being held. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Eischens Yoga Seminars with Kari Tomashik Kari Tomashik RYT: 500 Level, Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, & Director of Eischens Yoga Upcoming Weekend Schedule with Kari: Eischens Yoga Workshop at the Monkey Bar Gym, Madison WIMarch 10-11, 2012 ****Please bring 2 blankets to the yoga sessions, if you have them. ______________________________ Friday Evening Individual Therapeutic Yoga Lessons with Kari 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm $45.00 for 1/2 hour session ______________________________ Saturday Morning Yoga with Kari March 10, 2012 8:30 am - 9:45 am Free to Members / Drop-In $18.00
