Welcome to the Monkey Bar Gym's Exercise Video Library! Here you will find demos of fitness exercises based on three, fundamental levels of stability, strength and power. You'll also find exercise videos that take you through progressive exercises as well as high energy yoga, otherwise known as Eischens Yoga.
