Friday: Fast & Furious – 3 rounds of 25 each as fast as possible
All Levels: (stability / strength / power)
Double Kettle bell snatch (women 16k’s, men 24k’s) - if doing one arm do 25 reps each arm each set.
Chin ups – Jungle Gym XT 90 degree assisted chins on 1 leg / chin ups / chin ups
24” box jumps (stability level do hindu squats for 40 reps)
It is 100% okay to break these sets of 25 up into smaller sub sets….we want you to do the high level of this workout, without sacrificing form. IF you are not doing the levels listed then reduce your load/challenge and do the alternate version of 20/16/12/8/4/2 as fast as possible.
FINISHER: REST POSE WITH FEET UP ON THE WALL! :) Then post your time!
