2. 20 x Aligator Push Ups: knees / regular / power wheel on feet
3. 20 x Alternate Bent Over Rows (10 each side)
Women: 12k / 24k / 32k
Men: 20k / 32k / 44k
3 times through Goal is to finish in 20 minutes!
