Ready for a killer workout?
10 minutes each section - Partner up with someone close to your level of strength
Burpees - do one rep, then your partner does one rep as fast as possible
D-ball carry – carry d-ball or kb’s the length of room and back (20 yards total), then its your partner's turn
Suicide Sprints – run 5yds and back to start, then 10 yards & back, 15 yards & back, then your partner goes as fast as possible
