Eischens Yoga Warrior Sequence
After the hard week of class workouts, we wanted to put in a restoration/recovery day and the Eischens Yoga Warrior sequence worked perfect. Everyone in class was still a bit fatigued from 1 or 2 of the workouts this week and all were happy for a lighter day.
The Eischens Yoga "Warrior Sequence" is hard, but is all about making you feel great! Key of the "Warrior Sequence" is to stay focused on a few points of feedback and to constantly work to be 'engaged'. This is a challenge as the mind wonders alot but this is why they call it a practice...it is your time to practice being mindful and in the present...and by doing this you put your body into a much better aligned place both physically and mentally.
