THURSDAY – Jump Rope 30/30 x 30 minutes
Stability Level -
- Jump Rope: 60 reps forwards in 30 seconds then 60 reps backwards in 30 seconds for 30 minutes
- Power Wheel Rollouts: Roll into a wall while partner holds your heels. Declining reps as fast as possible of 20/15/10/5
Strength Level -
- Jump Rope: 80 reps forwards in 30 seconds then 80 reps backwards in 30 seconds for 30 minutes
- Power Wheel Rollouts: Touch your chest to the floor while partner holds your heels. Declining reps as fast as possible of 20/15/10/5
Power Level -
- Jump Rope: 100 reps forwards in 30 seconds then 100 reps backwards in 30 seconds for 30 minutes
- Power Wheel Rollouts: Touch your chest to the floor while partner holds your heels. Declining reps as fast as possible of 20/15/10/5
