What will you learn?
The goal of the MBG Intensive Certification is to leave this course with the ability to teach the most functional training anywhere! To learn and teach the MONKEY BAR GYM class warm ups, classes, EISCHENS YOGA and the basics of PLANT BASED nutrition. You will then be able to lay out a massive action plan as well as create optimal results for each and every student.

Course Overview:

1. DAY ONE: WHAT IS MBG3?

  1. Why is it important for people and planet?
  2. What are the basic core values of the MBG?
  3. Why train skills? “Train as we Play”
  4. Why do Eischens yoga? What is partner feedback? “Balance the mind and body”
  5. Why eat plant based? “Eat for health of people & planet”

2. CLASSES: Strength, Stamina & Eischens yoga

  1. DAY ONE & TWO: STRENGTH CLASS – train all stability, strength & power exercises, progressions (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
  2. DAY TWO: STAMINA CLASS – train all stamina, speed, agility exercises, progressions (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
  3. DAY THREE: EISCHENS YOGA CLASS (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
  4. DAY FOUR: MBG CYCLES (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)

3. DAY FOUR: PLANT BASED - NUTRITION (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
4. DAY FIVE: MORNING PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER MBG 3 STYLE: (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
5. DAY FIVE: AFTERNOON

  1. TEST DAY - written and practical exam
