He's been able to do that by perfecting a fitness program that focuses not on how much you can bench, but on how fast you can run, how high you can jump and how far you can walk on your hands. Recovery is a key component of the Monkey Bar Gym's training, and it is the reason why many trainers around the world visit MBG for the certification courses we provide.

The Monkey Bar Gymnasium began licensing in 2006, and is constantly striving to create one of the best licensee programs available by offering: comprehensive training philosophy, healing program, class structure and instruction, program design for personal training, sports-specific training and nutrition.
