Monday, October 25th What are your goals for this workout? Walk Around Push Ups, Side to Side Body Rows, Lateral Box Jumps, Jungle Gym Curls
5 sets of 6 reps: Find your 6 rep max with solid form, then do 5 sets of each of the following exercises Alternate between: 2. Side to Side Body Rows: pull up, at top go to one side, touch thumb to chest as you extend opposite arm out to straight, then repeat on the other side, back to the middle, then down = 1 rep Pull up and repeat starting with opposite side. Must extend arms straight out. Perform 3x12 of each of the following exercises 1. Lateral Box Jumps Stability Full range of motion squat to 8-12” box/ Strength 24”box jump/ Power 30” 2. Jungle Gym curls Stability 1” lift curls / Strength 1-6” hip lift curls / Power plyo curls from supine bridge with 2 second pause in supine |
