The goal of the MBG Intensive Certification is to leave this course with the ability to teach the most functional training anywhere!
To learn and teach the MONKEY BAR GYM;
Class warm ups for all types of workouts and development of high level skills
All MBG cycle exercises for both strength & conditioning classes
Basic eischens yoga poses and partner feedback
Basics of PLANT BASED nutrition, the how, whats and whys to becoming leaner and stronger!
PLUS how you will then be able to lay out a massive action plan (MAP) as well as create optimal results for yourself, family and friends and each and every student you work with.

STAMINA CLASS – part 1, train all stamina, speed, agility exercises, progressions (Learn, Practice, Teach Others)
STAMINA CLASS – part 2

BE PREPARED:
What to expect during this course:
Be prepared before coming to this course as it will challenge many of your health and fitness myths and beliefs.
Suggested to follow our free online MBG workouts for 3 months prior to course
Become familiar with MBG terms of exercise and our training tools as well.
Suggested to have followed our Eischens Yoga dvd for a minimum of 3 months, at least 30 days straight as well during that time.
Suggested to have read the China Study, other reading materials that will help are Thrive, Engine 2 Diet and any Joel Furhman material especially his books 1 and 2.
Suggested to also review material from these fine websites:
Come prepared to train every day of the course (for those who cannot due to previous injuries simply tell us ahead of time and we can actually help you during the course!).
Be prepared to study every night of the course as well with other students as most of the course is practical you will need to meet each night and practice with other students....HIGHLY SUGGESTED!
Snacks and water will be supplied and we will have breaks for snacks and lunch each day but bring what you need as well just in case time is limited.
