15/15 for 8 minutes each section, 24 minutes total
1. Resisted Punches
Chest Passes
2. Burpees
Log Jumps
3. Running in place
Mountain Climbers
Core Power Wheel Prison 10-2
10 yard crawl then 10 Pike Ups to 8 PW Crawl, 8 PW Pike Ups then 6, 4, 2 and done!
