Stability Pyramid Reps: 10-20-30-40-30-20-10
Strength and Power Pyramid Reps: 20-30-40-50-40-30-20
Goal is to finish As Fast As Possible. Go through exercises 1-6 hitting your pyramid repitions!
- Medicine Ball Slams OR Sledge Hammer Slams on Tire
- Skaters: touch fingers to opposite leg each rep; left then right side = 1 rep!
- Log Jumps- Stability / Strength / Power
- Full Squat to high wall throws (to 10' mark)
- Up/Down Dogs
- Mountain Climbers- Stability / Strength & Power
