Stability: 8-12k / Strength: 12-20k / Power: 20-32k or higher
Windmills
Stability: weight on the bottom hand 8-12k / Strength: weight on the top hand 12-16k / Power: 20-32k or higher
Turkish Get Ups
Stability: 8-12k / Strength: 12-16k / Power: 16k or higher
