WEDNESDAY: SERGEANT SLAUGHTER
Warm up: Same as Monday
"Combos" I-GO-U-GO, U-GO (groups of 3), max 20 mins: Push Combos/Pull Combos in alternating fashion.
- Create fun and challenging combinations, and perfect them each week.
- Focus on 2-3 moves per combination that you enjoy and can execute with proper form.
- 5-10 rep each, both for about 5 sets
- Nothing to failure
Workout:
“Sergeant Slaughter” – get as many yards as possible in 5 sets (if over 100 go to next level or wear a weight vest.)
- Climbs – 90 degree chin ups or assisted feet on floor rope climbs. Strength & power: Rope climbs (with or without legs), cliffhangers, traveling rings, monkey bars, poles left & right hand = 1 yard
- Crawls – knee alligator push ups / alligator push ups / power wheel alligator push ups or backwards stair push ups.
- Core – Instructor choice
