Monday: Skill Strength
- (do about 3-5 sets of each in alternating fashion, repeat sets only if you can hit same reps and without going to failure)
Stability:
- Control plyo push ups assisted on floor with BXT or Pull Up Revolution
- Chin to sternum Kips with Jungle Gym XT or Pull Up Revolution
- Partner squats: back to back to full squat to full stand with arms hooked
- Back domes: Jungle Gym XT supine bridge holds
Strength:
- Unassisted 12” box plyo push ups
- High Kips to sternum
- Partner squats: back to back to full squat to full stand with arms hooked ?
- Back domes: holds as long as possible
Power:
- Unassisted 12” box plyo push ups
- High Kips to sternum
- Fireman's carry squats
- Back Dome walks as far as possible
Practice time: work on back domes, walking back domes, handstand walks |
