1 x 400 yards - 2 x 350 - 3 x 300 - 4 x 250 - 5 x 200 - 6 x 150 - 7 x 100
Recover with a 50 yard walk between each sprint
Finish with Eischens Yoga doing 3 x supine bridge for 30 seconds
