Sports Specific Training: This is an area where the Monkey Bar Gymnasium outshines all other sports programs! To be the best athlete you can be you need to train with someone who has been there and done it and knows what it takes to be the best! This is what Jon Hinds and his MONKEY BAR GYMNASIUM Personal Trainers do better than anyone. No matter what level of athleticism you have, the MONKEY BAR GYMNASIUM will make you run faster, jump higher, react quicker and become pain free faster than anyone else. Jon was a NBA Strength Coach and Trainer to NFL and MLB Professionals like Darryl Strawberry, Tony Gonzalez, Gary Sheffield and 100s of other pros who came to Jon just for this reason and now you can join these amazing athletes and reap the same amazing results. Our Sports Specific Training Plan of Attack:

  1. Physical tests: strength, stability, power, endurance, body fat.
  2. Sports Specific Goal setting: Short & long term goals for performance, strength and conditioning.
  3. Plan of attack: Based on your testing we specifically chart a path from where you are to where you want to be with all of your goals.
  4. Nutritional plan: Based on your Tests and your specific Goals we lay out a nutritional plan. To enhance energy and building LBM keeping you at optimal health and performance.
  5. Training plan: Based on your Tests and your specific Goals we lay out a training plan to achieve all your goals.
  6. Pain Free Training: Based off your testing & evaluation our Personal Trainers will re-balance your body with active alignment techniques that reduce or completely eliminate pains from your body so that you feel and perform your best.
  7. Constant Updates: Based off of your daily training results to ensure you stay on point and achieve your goals.
  8. Monthly Re-testing to continually ensure you stay on course to achieve your goals.
