Post how many flights/snatches you complete in 30 minutes
TUESDAY – Step n Snatch (30 minutes amap)
All levels:
- Alternate between Stair Climbs and Kettlebell Snatches.
- For every 2 flights of stairs do 10 snatches when you return to the bottom.
- Do as many reps as possible for 30 minutes.
Women: use 16k kettlebells Men: use 24k kettlebells
Alternatives:
- If you have a large stairwell multiply the number of snatches. E.G. If your stairwell is 6 flights then do 30 snatches at the bottom of the stairs.
- No stairwell? then get a 12” box and do step ups, both feet on and off = 1 rep. So 60 reps is 30 snatches.
