1. Swings
Box Squats
2. Resisted Running
Lateral Box Step Ups
3. Swimmers
Burpees
30 seconds on/30 seconds of rest of the 1st exercise, followed by the 2nd exercise in the section
Continue for 4 sets then move to the next section until you are done! Enjoy! |
