As heavy as possible for this Top of the Minute Workout! Post your results here
Stability level: Use 1 kettlebell and spend a maximum of 15 seconds on each side and rest 30 seconds
Strength and Power: Double Kettlebells and perform 2-5 reps of each exercise
As Heavy As Possible for 16 minutes
1. KB jerks: 12k – 16k / 16k’s – 24k’s / 24k’s – 44’s
2. KB snatch: 12k – 16k / 16k’s – 24k’s / 24k’s – 40’s
Practice time for 15-20 minutes: KB levers, handstands, L seats, levers, planche holds on boxes or Jungle Gym XT or rings |
