Body Power (Strength Training)

These classes incorporate functional strength training to help you build a leaner, stronger, better looking body. The workouts incorporate kettle bells and body-weight exercises to develop strength and power.  Perfect for anyone who wants to build muscle or simply feel feel stronger in your every day activities.

Eischens Yoga

Eischens Yoga was designed by Roger Eischens, and it works to improve your posture through hands-on feedback. You will engage the weak muscles in the body, which can make dramatic improvements in your body’s alignment.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art with a focus on grappling. It combines takedowns, sweeps, and superior body movement to dominate opponents and submit them with armlocks, shoulder-locks, and chokes.

Boot Camp (Conditioning Training)

These classes utilize the proven training methodology known as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The result is a highly cardiovascular workout, incorporating a wide variety of exercises designed to help you shed body-fat and build lean muscle.

BASE Yoga (B.A.S.E.)

BASE yoga is Building Alignment and Stability through Extension and is Monkey Bar Gym’s way of building balance in all bodies. Whether you’re just beginning or a high-level athlete, better balance equals better movement. We use yoga poses, strength poses, and brachiation to open up joints, relieve aches and pains, align and stabilize the body and calm the mind.
