Sean has become one of MBG’s most experienced trainers, having spent the past 8 years learning directly under Jon and Jessica Hinds in Madison, WI. He is now bringing that experience and knowledge to Denver after moving there in fall of 2018.
Sean’s approach to fitness is simple: to blend simple strength routines with Active Alignment. Although most athletic trainers will talk about the benefits of alignment, few can seamlessly transition clients from a position of tightness and pain up to the highest levels of movement skills.
